TES Product Warranty Policy

This Policy applies to Products sold by TES to customers through purchase order-based transactions. For the purpose of this Policy, “Products” refers exclusively to those bearing customer or third-party brands.

General Terms and Warranty Period

TES offers a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects for the Products, starting from the shipping date from TES’s manufacturing facilities. This warranty terms can vary depending on product type and transaction terms.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

1. Repair or Replacement£ºSubject to this Policy and the applicable updated version, TES will repair or replace defective Products within the warranty period.

2. DOA Requests£ºIf a Product is defective within 30 days of shipping, customers can submit a DOA request online for expedited replacement.

3. Service Requests£ºAfter 30 days of arrival, customers must submit a service request before sending the Product for repair.

4. Shipping£ºCustomers are responsible for shipping costs and insurance when sending products for replacement or repair.

5. Data Backup£ºCustomers are advised to back up any data stored on the Products before sending them in for repair. TES is not liable for any data loss or omissions resulting from the repair process.

6. Repaired Products£ºRepaired Products have a 3-month warranty or the remainder of the original warranty, whichever is longer.

Unauthorized Returns

Products returned without a valid service request, an issued RMA number, and/or that are not TES products will be returned at the customer's expense. No refunds or exchanges will be offered.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover£º

1. Products outside the warranty period.

2. Products damaged due to misuse, abuse, or natural disasters.

3. Modified or tampered products.

4. Products with altered serial numbers.

5. Data loss.

Out-of-Warranty Repair Service

TES will inspect out-of-warranty Products and provide a repair quote. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. If a customer choose not to proceed with the repair, TES may return the Product at the customer's expense or have it scrapped in accordance with TES's policies.

Limitation of Liability

TES's liability is strictly limited to the amount of the original purchase price received from customer for the Product. TES is not liable for any consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of business, or loss of data, arising from or related to any product warranty issues. The terms and conditions set forth herein constitute customer's sole remedy against TES regarding any claims related to product quality and warranty issues.

TES is permitted to make phone calls and send letters to inquire about and verify information.
